Just a few days ago It was September 11, A day, that in 2001, Some people went to heaven. They left our lives And some of them, their wives, On that day they died. Because of two planes And people who were insane. That day is a day That will live forever, And for some people It will never get better. We mourn those who Gave their all While on call. To save one or two People crying out Can you hear them shout? "Save me, help me, I don't want to die!" And so many of us can only ask, "Why?" Why did this happen to us? Who should we trust? How can we live on? What is the reason? I tell you today That I cannot say, That I know how they feel Or how they will deal, With this kind of loss That makes them feel gross.
